Wolf Schenke has lived on the west coast of British Columbia since he was a young boy. He started painting in 2003. He is currently a member of the Burnaby Artist Guild and an active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists.
He has been exhibited in numerous Juried Art Shows in British Columbia.
His painting "Cowichan River" was a finalist in International Artist Magazine's Landscape competition and later he was a featured artist in the magazine’s August/September 2009 edition #68. His article “Technological Perspective” discusses many aspects of digital technology as applied to assisting the creation of the artist’s vision.
His painting techniques, methods and goals have rapidly evolved and the resulting stylistic variation is apparent. He is looking forward to further growth and experimentation, and hopefully a little more time to paint.
